"This application can't open" --- There is a problem with " application name" . Contact your system administrator about reparing or reinstalling it
Newly purchased Laptop with windows 8.1 OS preinstalled. We have successfully added this system to domain. While accessing the application after logging into the domain with Domain Credential, we found below attached error where user is having local
admin previledges and the UAC disabled.

In Local Group Policy Editor, Security Settings,
AppLocker, Packaged app Rules, Create Packaged apps Rules/ or if already created, uncheck the app you want to run

Firstly, please enable UAC and restart your computer to test if this problem resolved.
If problem persists, try to use APP troubleshooter to check APP problem, if there is any reports, please feel free let us know.

I have enabled UAC and used the APP troubleshooter. However, the problem persists. It is not isolated to one APP, but to all APPs. Please assist.
